GPP-MENA is a collaborative network of scholars conducting research on gender and politics across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). We aim to strengthen connections among women scholars in the field while also engaging all researchers committed to advancing knowledge and informed debate on gender dynamics in MENA politics.

By facilitating dialogue, collaboration, and resource-sharing, the network addresses key gaps in scholarship, promotes interdisciplinary approaches, and deepens understanding of the complex intersections between gender and politics in the region. Ultimately, GPP-MENA seeks to catalyze meaningful change by informing policy, challenging stereotypes, and advocating for gender-inclusive approaches to governance and social transformation across the region.
